Why Failing To Hit His Goal Was the Best Thing for His Business, with Stuart Lordan

Description
6 years ago, Stuart Lordan joined me on the podcast with plans to reach 100 HMO rooms within 12 months. Today he’s back to say that he failed to reach that goal, with about 80 rooms in the portfolio at the time of recording, but instead of pushing for growth at all costs to achieve those 100 rooms, he’s instead managed to build a stable business with solid financials, retain freedom and flexibility in his own life, and diversify into other areas as well. He’s learnt a lot along the way, but possibly no more important lesson than realising things don’t always go to plan, and that’s okay.  You can be a success despite your failures, in fact maybe only because of them. ******************** Check out our content on your favourite platforms: Website: InsidePropertyInvesting.com Instagram: @InsidePropertyInvesting Youtube: Inside Property Investing
