Excellent Listen
“There is a poetic element to sport, an artistic element just beyond a box score...it’s why people actually want to watch the sport. It’s for the art. It’s for the show. It’s for the drama.” - JJ Redick I started with the pilot episode and then the Kyrie Irving show, and this is a truly unique peek behind the curtain of NBA lifestyles, mindsets, banter, and enthusiasm unlike any other show available. Hats off to The Ringer for noticing J.J.’s previous experiences podcasting and bringing him in for this pod, and to Redick for seizing the moment and sharing his access with us! Awesome listen, this is media as it needs to be done to keep us informed and entertained without dumbing down nor censoring the content. The results are authentic interviews with leading personalities from the NBA & beyond, and a host who is on his way to stardom as a media mogul after his playing career.
