“Started listening to JAFFN during the first lockdown as a way to escape the boredom of being stuck inside and I can honestly say it stopped me from going insane and potentially saved my life. I was going through a really tough time with depression and anxiety during that period (as a lot of people were), due to being on my own during the day as my partner was a key worker. James and Flav were typically my only company on those days and while the in-jokes took some adjusting to at first, I can now proudly say I’ve been a slug for over 2 years! I’ve never listened to a podcast that’s made me belly laugh as frequently as JAFFN does and the community that has been built around it is something special! It’s been a joy watching James’ channel and the podcast go from strength to strength and the opportunities that have come for both James and Flav because of it! Can’t wait to see what the future has in store for JAFFN and both of your careers. I know I’ll be supporting you both in whatever you do going forward!
