Japanofiles reviewed
Japanofiles is an intelligent, thoughtful and wonderfully informative take on Japan from the perspective of a gaijin - foreigner. Dave Carlson's interviewing style draws out the best from his subjects. He is a great listener, always sensetive to his subject, and well able to draw out the essence of life in Japan for his varied and interesting interviewees. I truly hope that we have not seen the end of Japanofiles! My interest in Japan started through working in a bilingual primary school (Japanese/English) in Melbourne, Australia. We visited Japan for 3 weeks in April 2016 and cannot wait until we're able to return. Thank you!
