Description
Senate confirms Jackson as first Black woman on U.S. Supreme Court. Even with some Republican senators acting like plantation owners, she conducted herself with grace.  Clarence Thomas' wife urged Trump's Chief of Staff Meadows not to give up the election saying it was heisted. Jene and our mutual friend Louis visited Megan at her place of work, Third and Main, in Aurora, Indiana ..... in a flying machine. It was a great evening. We needed Jerry there. Maybe next time.  Jene laments that an area Cincinnati suburban high school, with a newly elected right wing school board (the new Republican battle fields are local school boards), cancelled a long standing voluntary Diversity Day program because of some vague complaints about Critical Race Theory.
