I Have ADHD and it is My Super Power

Description
In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I take a great question from a listener and talk about what it was like growing up with ADHD. I talk about my struggles in school, the first time I was moved into Special Education (SPED), the difference between how I was treated in the classroom vs on a sports field, the teachers that changed my life for the better,  and my abusive relationship with Adderall as an adult.  I also discuss why I think college isn't for everybody, what I plan to do with regard to college and special education with my daughter, and share some heartfelt words for both the parents and the youth that are navigating the world with ADD/ADHD currently. Do you have a question or episode idea that you want us to discuss on the podcast? Send them to Tony (@tone_reverie on Instagram). I hope you enjoy this episode and, if you do, please leave a review on iTunes (huge thank you to everyone who has written one so far). Finally, if you've been thinking about joining The Inner Circle but haven't yet... we have hundreds of home and bodyweight workouts for you and you can get them all here: www.sfinnercircle.com.
