I’m not an over exerciser or a perfectionist but I feel like I’ve haven’t been ‘present’ lately.
I don’t have a specific goal so I’m bored with my workouts but I don’t want to quit. So I can’t seem to really focus on other things at least until the workout’s done. And usually instead of feeling better after, I just feel tired.
I’ve been thinking of joining the inner circle for awhile now, but I’m afraid it will be one more thing to take me away from being present.
