Great Info, what about layering in cardio?
I loved hearing about the complex thought process behind creating a good training program. My question is, how do you layer cardio in to this mix? To get the best out of both worlds. Should you do cardio and strength train on the same days? Which days, if it matters? What benefits do you see with the combination of cardio and strength training, and what “mistakes” do you see people making? I think both are needed for optimal health but wonder your thought on the best way to combine them.
