Loved this podcast and made my kids listen too!
This was an excellent podcast. Jordan explains concepts in a way that makes the information very easy to digest AND apply. I’m excited for Part 2 of this topic. My question would be, What are all the best ways to progressively overload if you only have access to a certain range in weight (dumbbells) ?
