Great podcast!!
I’ve been listening for a long time but in the episode about program design, jordan does a great job of breaking down all the intricacies of designing your own program. I like the new style too if having someone else on the “solo” podcasts to ask questions too. I’ve been incorporating a lot of zone 2 training as well, how can we incorporate that so we continue to see strength gains? How much is too much so your body doesn’t get worn out? What is a good length of time to give a program before you determine if it is or isn’t working for you? Thank you for all you do!
