How to write your own program episode
I really enjoyed this episode! Lots of insightful information. It’s so helpful to know the the ins and outs of why I’m doing what I’m doing in a program. My question for the next episode: I’m a runner and like to compete in trail races. How do I structure a program to incorporate running so that my legs don’t get wiped out for running and also so they’re not too zonked for lower body workouts? Thanks Jordan!
