Oregon and “hard drugs”
Unless I missed it, it seemed that the latest podcast on Oregon’s legalization, only addressed the state’s disillusionment with the policy in terms of Fentanyl. Has the legalization of cannabis and psilocybin caused similar social/heath problems? I doubt it. If not, these substances should not have been grouped together as “hard drugs” and deny folks the benefits of treatment for depression/anxiety via psilocybin, when it’s Fentanyl that is causing the destruction described during the podcast.
