The Winnipeg Jets overpower the Anaheim Ducks on Friday night to close out a three-game homestand with a 2-1 record. Laurent Brossoit posts consecutive shutouts and hasn't been scored on in 141 minutes and 40 seconds. Tyler Toffoli scores his first two goals as a member of the Jets and Josh Morrissey chips in another three assists. They improve to 42-19-5 on the season as they prepare for a five-game road trip against Eastern Conference opponents that begins on Sunday against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
