“I remember when the Pong Su was moored off Ballast Point near Balmain in Sydney, so I was keen to hear this pod cast and to find out what really happened.
Ep 1 was a wee bit ropy with a somewhat awkward exposition to kick off the series, plus the long sfx sequences, no doubt intended to paint “audio pictures in the mind”, were just a bit irritating and confusing.
Ep 2 is much tighter. Dare I say gripping. I look forward to the next episode.
Question: why string it out week by week? Why not do a Netflix and upload all at once? Is there really more ad revenue to be made by drip feeding?”
