A memorable experience recording an episode with Sabreen!
Sabreen and I recorded an episode for her podcast- The Lavender Fix. Without sounding like an absolute cliche, I must say that it was truly one of the best decisions I’ve taken over the past few months. Somewhere within, I knew I had a story to share but didn’t trust my instincts. It was Sabreen who insisted that I must share my story with everyone and gave me the courage to speak up. Unlike some other interviews I did around my story, this one was different. Sabreen heard me out, asked tons of questions and really stood out as an empathetic podcaster. The flow of the episode was thoroughly researched and at no point she made me feel like I must say something that I may not want to. She was a delight to work with and one of the best podcast hosts I’ve come across. Recording a 1 hour episode felt like an absolute breeze especially cause as a host, she moderated the conversation in a way that really brought forth the entire picture! Thank you for letting my story with the world Sabreen. You have empathy, courage and a heart of gold. I would love to records tons of podcasts with you in the future!
