“Steve and Megan, thank you so very much for all you’re amazing work. This particular episode was exactly what I needed to get “unstuck.” I’d been struggling with changing my words and this got me journaling to change some of my automatic negative thoughts/words into positives. I was finding that I was beginning to master just being quiet when I had nothing positive to say but was beginning to feel like I never had anything to say! And I can’t believe how already after writing down some positive automatic responses to my negative automatics feels so empowering and wonderful which was a great suggestion Megan so thank you! I can only imagine how it’s going to feel actually doing this.
As a healthcare worker and one who has always been mesmerized by physics, I love how your podcasts and teachings are backed up with science. I loved the examples you gave in this particular podcast Steve (but also in many of your others) on the science experiments on the bottles of water. It makes it so real to me.
