Production outshines writing
Look, the idea is good, but the writing itself is just really much worse than expected from the amount of work that clearly went into the production. I think it has that feel like something written by a teenage boy: essentially no character development, emotionally flat, heavy reliance on action shoehorned in everywhere to move things along, use of irrelevant jargon, etc. My standard for a podcast is based on listening to part-improvised role playing game podcasts like The Adventure Zone, and this is a huge miss by that standard.

If you don't have a thick book to take to the beach or don't want to drag a heavy ol' book to the beach then this is a great option. A wonderfully put toghether adventure the is non-stop action. Worth the download! Enjoy!Read full review »

Listen to The Leviathan Chronicles, you will be hooked. Very innovative and extremely high production values. I love to listen with some killer head phones and get lost in the story.

I'm completely sucked in. I love it, and I wouldn't call myself a sci-fi junky. Just serious entertainment for anyone who likes a great story and serious production value. Impressive!Read full review »
