This is the story of Amy and Jemma. Jemma is Amy and Matthews second child. Jemma was born unexpectedly premature at 27 weeks in the rural region of Gippsland. She was transferred to the Mercy in Melbourne, where after 8 days of life, she was released to the heavens. 16 years on Amy shares with us the grief that never leaves but the grief that grows into life after loss, and the little Jem that sits inside her heart. Little Jem who has touched this family in such profound ways and shined her light over the Gippsland community.
