Today I'm going to talk about an experience that I had with nurse that I've worked with for a while and I had an immediate visceral reaction. As a premed, med student or even doctor, it can be frustrating when someone dismisses your opinion, especially when you're right. Letting your ego get in the way can hurt you, your coworkers and the patients you are trying to help! Its important to know when you should step back and let someone else take over. Sometimes the best leader is a good follower!
