“Just listened to Nick Cohen’s podcast with Youcha Mounk to discuss his book about woke ideology, The Identity Trap: A story of ideas and power in our time. Apart from the poor quality of sone of the audio, this was a brilliantly informative and insightful discussion. Mounk knows what he is talking - and has written - about. The podcast form allows for a clear and incisive dissection of the roots of sone of the Foucaultian ideas on which the contemporary (as opposed to the original) interpretation of the term ‘woke’ was founded. The podcast deserves a much wider audience.”
