When a man has a company mission statement that says "To be undeniable and a powerful force for Christ", you know you're dealing with a real one. On this episode, I get the pleasure of interviewing Josh Spradlin. He has over 20 years of experience in the Civil & Environmental Engineering field. Since 2001 he has compiled an extremely comprehensive background in structural design and inspections, land development, and water/wastewater engineering. He and his wife Myka started a residential general construction company from scratch in 2007 and grew it from nothing to a multi-million-dollar company in just 3 years. He has real-world application in not only what customers face when going through a construction project, but the difficult tasks of maintaining a budget. He has 15 years of true, ‘start from scratch’ business leadership, consulting services, and construction at the helm of Alliance Engineering & Consulting, LLC.
