Christine is a Kenyan-born academic who has completed a PhD in Paediatric Neuro-Oncology and is a Specialist Registrar in Neurosurgery.  She has a passion for learning, teaching, and mentoring. She also loves running, travelling, eating, and works towards a black belt in Tae Kwon Doe. Christine also serves as an Academia Officer within the Melanin Medics Team. Christine invites us to listen to her her journey so far towards becoming a neurosurgeon and curating the life she wants to live on her terms .
