“Different reader for each chapter, with wildly varying audio quality. Makes the overall product remarkably incohesive, which is really a shame. Some readers are SO GOOD and should have read the whole thing… but others, if I had to listen to them for more than one chapter I wouldn’t get far. MOST of the readers are average with decent audio quality, a handful are excellent with great audio (which makes the average chapters SEEM below average by comparison, but they are still fine), and just a few readers are chalkboard-scratching terrible with audio quality that will make you want to stop… but get through those few chapters, and the rest are worth it.”
