Yan Fournier shares his journey from overcoming back problems to discovering trail running and finding balance in his life. He discusses the intersection of his work in business development with his passion for trail running. Yan also talks about running with his sons and the joy of sharing the trail with them. He shares his experiences at races like Quebec Megatrail and Grindstone 100.
