“I was so hesitant to listen to this and wasn’t expecting a lot as all I knew about Mimi was her Made in Chelsea stint and what she shared on Instagram(which is great but we all know we only ever see the positives of someone’s day to day life). But after listening to her first podcast, my view has completely changed. Mimi is inspiring, walks the talk, and shares some amazing advice on relationships, achieving your goals, health, nutrition and fitness.
Mimi has had such an impact that I’m finally giving intermittent fasting a try, after listening to so many other podcasts and reading about it, it just didn’t seem attainable however her podcast convinced me to finally give it a try.
