I’m genuinely worried that young girls will listen to this and believe it as gospel. I have just listened to episode 14 - detoxing - and hearing two very thin girls celebrate how many things they don’t eat without any in depth scientific explanation as to why they do this is concerning. Do we really want to encourage people to cut out whole food groups for no reason? One girl actually asks the other ‘how do you even eat cheese? I don’t get it.’ I can tell you how I eat cheese - I put it in my mouth and chew.
