Lacking depth and information
I was very interested in several episodes because of the titles. I am experienced in fitness and love podcast on health and such where I can always learn more. Especially regarding lifting which is something I am still wanting to learn more about. I find these episodes ramble on and just surface these topics not really going into any science or depth. I will fast forward hoping to get to the goods but they never come. The dynamic is way too unstructured and has a “loose conversation” feel. Also lacks any tips and information you can apply to your life or routine, which is also a crucial piece missing.

Fantastic. I am addicted and have been binge listening to these guys since I stumbled upon them via Morning Chalk Up daily email mentioning them a few weeks back. Can not recommend these guys enough, great content and laughs!

I love the view point on health, fitness, and crossfit from those outside of the US. Raph and Lach have a refreshing perspective and I love their honesty and interesting guests. Can't wait to see what the future holds for these guys and the podcast!Read full review »
