“I was very interested in several episodes because of the titles. I am experienced in fitness and love podcast on health and such where I can always learn more. Especially regarding lifting which is something I am still wanting to learn more about. I find these episodes ramble on and just surface these topics not really going into any science or depth. I will fast forward hoping to get to the goods but they never come. The dynamic is way too unstructured and has a “loose conversation” feel. Also lacks any tips and information you can apply to your life or routine, which is also a crucial piece missing.”
