“I arrived slightly later to the party with TMMP but since, I have consistently binge listened to about 2 episodes a day and completely back tracked through most of the episodes available; it’s perfect content for mobility sessions, daily walks, working alongside and even made the WORST daily tasks more bearable.
The content is relatable, interesting and takes a lot of fitness topics and breaks them down into bite sized manageable chunks. I find myself learning with every episode, whether this be training/ fitness, professional capacity of just personally. There’s always something new to learn/consideration you can relate to your own life. The guests are high calibre, knowledgable and spread across a wide variety of interests, topics, sports and science facets making content interesting and you can dip in and out with episodes that serve you best.
As a PT that qualified in the middle of 2020 and mid pandemic, I’ve been able to learn and take a lot away to implement into my own business and watching the MMP grow and also the guys other business ventures prosper [gyms, product ranges] has been exciting and inspiring.
