  Kyle used to be the "hangriest" monster I knew... (thankfully, he has now got a lot better)   We often hear people say that they seriously can't handle being hungry.   In today's episode, we discuss 1 simple strategy that we can take to help us take back control of our hunger.   We speak about fasting for an entire 24 hours. Please note that the fasting challenge isn't right for everyone.   If you have a medical condition that requires you to eat, struggle with disordered eating, and have never been told to fast or know that small periods of food restriction can result in binge eating, please don't do this challenge.   However, fasting for 24 hours can have major benefits if you have never done it before, including:   If the food choices available to you at the moment don't make sense to you, you have the power to regain control and wait until something better is available.
