Started “binge listening” to this podcast in December of 2017 and am finally caught up to the most recent episode with Jennifer Colliau and this podcast, especially the most recent episode which definitely hit the spot as a Beverage and FOH Manager trying to make their life more sustainable and more of a “work smarter” mentality, has been truly the most insightful material I have using lately to get more knowledgeable behind the bar as well as a FOH Manager. I recommend it to all of my FOH staff now as well as any other bartenders, etc I meet. A wonderful resource and a treat to listen to each week. Keep it guys!”
