They break down the psychology behind finding happiness and how it’s a state of mind. The ladies share that being happy is a choice and how you have the power to choose and create the life you want. They talk about happy people and what we should try to implement in our lives to become one. Also mentioning specific things happy people do in their day-to-day lives.
