Get real, please
Every one of your guests seems to say that the transition to private practice or to private pay (& off insurance) is super easy. Yes, there are tough moments but now they think they were just little bumps in the road. Okay, great, that’s great that you feel it now, but that’s NOT where we are. We, those who are on the side of facing the possibility of not having enough clients or other risks, those seem like *mountains*. Can you and your guests take us through that process? Surely all of you experienced those doubts and fears. Can you tell us what that was REALLY like??!? Not the sunny, daytime tv version. The REAL version, PLEASE.

Tiffany, thank you so much for putting this message out there. Making bank as a therapist is a concept that still makes a lot of us uncomfortable, and I continuously turn to this podcast for confirmation that I am doing the “right” thing by charging fees commensurate with what I’m worth!
