Two years ago, the first thing that struck me about Trevor was that he KNEW the problems that a MS body experiences AND how to help.
He originally helped me by stating that your knee cannot hyperextend IF your pelvis is pushed forward. That was the first of MANY helpful things that I’ve learned.
This may seem like a small thing, but I’d asked my neurologist, PT and general doctor for help with my hyperextending knee prior to Trevor just saying the answer, like it was obvious. I’d purchases knee braces and suffered for years.

I’m proud and honored to be a part of The MS Gym community. I’m a member of a Buddy Group. We call ourselves the MSFits. We help keep each other accountable and doing our core exercises, which helps us immensely.
There is a ton of great info, like deep dive coaching sessions! Trevor truly likes to geek-out (his words 🤣) about his passion, which fortunately for all of us MS GYMMERS, is healing exercise, positive mind-set, motivation and genuine love.
He loves what he does and he loves helping us. Grateful is not a big enough word!
