“My 3yo eats broccoli (and claims he loves it!) and all I did was listen to this podcast.
I started listening to Edwina’s podcast about a year ago and I’ve learned SO MUCH about the division of responsibility at mealtime, ways to lay off the meal-time pressure, and how to offer toddlers new foods. My 3yo is eating broccoli willingly, and even asking for it, and my 22mo is popping edamame like it’s candy.
Edwina gives great, easy-to-implement tips while helping parents understand how to create and maintain a healthy relationship between their children and food, and really between parent and child too!!! She explains the current research and science in short, easy-to-understand, logic-based episodes.
So thankful I’ve found great support in raising my children to listen to their hunger and fullness cues and have a healthy relationship with all foods and a willingness to try new things. Thanks, Edwina!
