Validating!
Lee has identified several of the key characteristics of my ex-narcissist. He was controlling but masked it with concern; he was jealous but masked it with protection, and so many attributes that blindly roped me in for a second time and this time a year and a half. So! All that to say this podcast has been validating of my decision to block him. My last message to him was “I pray you learn to get out of your own way”; I hope he gets help as he is not only ruining lives of others but his own as well. Thank you Lee for sharing your diagnosis and life experiences.

Thank you for humanizing people with these traits, and at the same time validating the target’s suffering. I appreciate your bluntness! It makes me laugh sometimes because I’m a nice Midwesterner and your honesty is shocking and refreshing. I appreciate the work you do.

Lee, thank you so much for all of your generous content. I found the podcast regarding after a break up the narcissist will often live their life as if everybody’s watching. Oddly, it was something that I hadn’t expected. Nonetheless, this is a great podcast that you are serving up.
