Throwing a curve ball at society
Appears a lot of brands are jumping on movement & rewilding yourself during these present ‘uncertain times’.... please forgive me for saying that. They lack authenticity & no doubt will revert once they can trade again & people are more mobile. Tony has been doing this for much longer, years, the words of the the interviews & his own throughs reflect this. Now I have the mobility and flexibility of the Forth rail bridge, I run close to 50 miles a week and spend most of my time sat down. Tony’s messages resonate, I’m not about to say I’ve changed my life, a new man, awakened or any other stereotype. However, what the podcast provides is an area of open thoughts and thinking, where you can take away what resonates and work on your own version, whether to move more, approach life in a different way or look deeper into the curiosities of life. This isn’t self help, it’s practical knowledge you can chose or chose not to apply. It has real world applications.
