My guest this week is Lisa Kalmin. We have been colleagues in the business of transformation and leadership development for many decades. She is also a mindset coach, speaker, corporate trainer and at the age of 51 became the mother of twin boys!    For the past 35 years, Lisa has coached and trained over 25,000 people in the principles and techniques to transform their lives.   In this week’s episode, Lisa and I take on the subject of the Bad Ass Woman (BAW).    What exactly is a BAW?  What are her challenges?    How did this term go from being one that referred to men who were considered “tough” and even “bullies” like Clint Eastwood and Chuck Norris, to a feminist rallying cry for empowered women like Oprah Winfrey, Annie Lennox, Joni Mitchell, Taylor Swift, and even you and me.   We discuss the influence of Pluto being in the sign of Aquarius for the next 20 years and the implications of the kinds of shifts that will occur.  This is a collective event that affects all of us.  Not just women, but humanity.    What are the “ground rules” for being a badass?  (You really want to hear them!)
