“I was looking forward to listen to the News Agents but it adds little to the current podcast landscape. It has very little journalistic content - little reporting, few interviews - and too much opinionated views by very talented journalists but who have no expertise on the issues they’re talking about. Episodes need more content - reporting, real expert analyse, in-depth interviews - to become an unmissable podcast. At the moment it feels too much like we’re listening to three former BBC journalists who are enjoying the freedom of being able to say what they want.”
