A Big Idea that Can Mitigate and Possibly Reverse
Dear Big Idea producers, A big idea that could change our lives is rooted in agriculture. Agriculture contributes to global warming and could be used to reverse it. It’s amazing. concept based on working with nature rather than against it as we are doing now. I heard it said on your first podcast that “The bid Idea” will change your how you see the world. I’ve heard that said before by Gabe Brown, a rancher in North Dakota, who says (quoting I think a Canadian farmer), “if you want to make small changes, change what you do, if you want to make big changes, change how you see the world.” Hearing that echo of Gabe Brown, inspired me to write this note suggesting that you do an episode on Regenerative Agriculture. An idea that has the power to improve our food, return water to the aquifers and carbon to the soil. Regenerative Agriculture is a transformational idea about solar energy. Could photosynthesis be the solar energy that we need to save our planet. How ironic is that? May I suggest Gabe Brown’s book “Dirt to Soil”. It’s a simple but powerful book based on a farmer’s successfully coping with and overcoming our destructive agricultural system.

This podcast is great. At a few moments I think the interviewer interjects a bit too much. Overall the podcast is really enjoyable and thought provoking. Wonderful.

If you have a brain you’ll soon find it’s people making podcasts with an agenda. Opinions are twisted as facts. Don’t waste your time.
