Despite its 4.2 million dollars in revenue and 900 thousand dollars in earnings, we expressed skepticism about scalability and raised concerns about the discretionary nature of the industry, cyclicality, and potential revenue decline. We discussed challenges in creative businesses, particularly jewelry, scrutinizing intellectual property protection, scalability, and the potential for navigating larger corporate customers. Perfect bolt-on acquisition for trade buyers looking to enter or expand in the gift, e-commerce, homewares, or bath & body product sectors.
