I wish there was a way to perhaps rate individual podcasts. However, the last one was a really gem in saying, “of course” or “sure”. Anyway, I dunno what I think about this podcast. This is 100% the world’s worst fitness podcast which makes it one of the best, fitness included. Mark Twight and Michael Blevins are true to themselves and they explore ideas, art, and action. In a world of high-fructose empty content, this podcast stands out as being true to itself.
