Helpful podcast
Helpful and informative podcast with knowledgable guests who really understand the subject without seeming facile. Please could we have another updated Covid OCD episode? The March 2020 episode is good, but SO much has happened and changed since then, it would be really helpful to have more insights and support from this end of the pandemic, when so many of us have experienced first hand distress, trauma and uncertainty that it’s hard to resist OCD tendencies when you’re burnt out, losing faith and trust in official guidelines or just confused by them. To revisit this topic would be interesting and a massive help and acknowledgement of how hard it is to live long term with OCD in this current climate.

I have learned so much from listening to this podcast. I have discovered authors to read and tools to use. The best part is hearing from other people who have OCD.
