This week on The Ocean Cruisers podcast I’m having a chat with  @Lauren Landers   Lauren is currently living in the Bahamas on her 51ft 1993 Beneteau Oceanis She sails her boat Soul De La Mar single handed and she operates a charter business offering sailing experiences, free diving, spear fishing and also works with a partner delivery yoga retreats aboard. Lauren studied and trained as a marine biologist, she is also an ocean conservationist and has strong passion for educating children along her travels about the life in the water. She documents the experiences on her boat on YouTube, her video production focus’s around her maintaining the boat, running charters and also solo sailing around the Bahamas. She’s currently making plans to head south and eventually go through the Panama Canal and across the Pacific.
