This week im having a chat with Kristin & Fabio from the YouTube sailing channel Harbors Unknown Kristin and Fabio are cruising around on a new Seawind 1600, an offshore cruising catamaran built in Vietnam by an Australian company Fabio is from Italy and Kristin is  from Rhode Island, they previously owned a Dragonfly folding trimaran and also cruised on a Oceanis 473 before going big with an ocean crossing catamaran. Since taking ownership of their boat they have cruised up and down the east coast of the United States and are now sailing down to Panama where they are waiting to cross through the canal and begin their largest passage to date, crossing over to French Polynesia.
