“I always fall asleep to the tv, but the bright light was making it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. When you’ve seen The Office a million times through, it’s already easier to sleep to it just by listening to the episode. But when you change it to the soft sound of his voice describing it to you, with no sudden peak in volume from the theme song... what a game changer! I fall asleep quickly and can sleep through the whole night now. Definitely recommend this podcast.”
