Really relevant podcast
I really enjoyed ep.46 with the openness on depression & anxiety which I very much related to & no doubt others will too. Leanne hill is a very in tune psych who with osher gets the message across that psychology is an area we should all feel comfortable discussing and touches further on pro active ways to address various mental health issues anybody may be having. Loved the usual taboo topic of excessive alcohol consumption and the effects it has on the brain. I now have more of an understanding of neuroplasticity. A lot of covering on the ages between 20s to 30s,still found it interesting in my early 30s! For me this was a really relevant podcast, excellent listening highly recommend to others!!

More reviews of Better Than Yesterday
When Monday morning comes I struggle between wanting to devour the podcast immediately and saving it for a long run. Very juicy content regardless of the when you consume it. :)

I love this podcast. I've been able to hear how talented and interesting Osher is. I like his solo chat at the beginning and end, and his variety of guests is excellent. I only wish there were more every week.Read full review »
