OSEF 2020 Food and Environment Panel Food is the single largest direct and indirect driver of climate change, with the global food system being responsible for approximately 37% of the world's greenhouse gas emissions. While traditional ways of doing business have contributed to some of the environmental stressors that we are currently experiencing, innovative solutions can help combat the global climate crisis. This panel will be looking at how key players in the food industry can contribute to solving the worlds most pressing problem.
