The topics can be interesting and bring important issues to the surface and the guests have some powerful messages to say. The meh are the ads and that Sarah can be overbearing in the conversation, leaving her guests sitting through long ramblings about herself. With that being said, decent background noise while cleaning or cooking.

The raw honesty that is shared in this podcast is beyond transformational. I feel so motivated to be a better version of myself after listening to this podcast. Love it! Give it a listen!
