“This podcast has given me some really helpful advice being pregnant for the 1st time, it has helped answer some questions i didnt know how to ask about becoming pregnant and a first time mum but also learnt some very useful tips when writing my birth plan and expectations of birth and what it will be like to become a parent and meet my baby for the 1st time but i feel confident that i will never be 100% prepared and thats ok 😬”

“A great podcast that I really appreciated as my son hits 7yrs and is already stating his parents are unfair and “everyone else is”. As a secondary school teacher I found it a interesting from a parental perspective and also an educator.
