Description
The Tennis Weekly Trio have access all areas at the UTS Grand Final and are bringing you all the behind the scenes action. We sit down with UTS winner Jack Draper to talk Andy Murray's UTS nickname, ask Andrey Rublev about his 'Rublo' clothing launch and Rafael Nadal's return + Holger Rune tells us about his Nike 'short shorts' collaboration. We also cover the results which saw hometown hero Jack Draper take home the lightning bolt trophy and the biggest paycheque of his career. He defeated Holger Rune twice in 3 days to secure the title and make his 'Power' namesake Phil Taylor proud. As well as the on court action we also debate some of the behaviours of the players with dramatic scenes in the semi-final between Andrey Rublev and Holger Rune over a bonus card and an umpire decision that caused on court chaos. There are also lighter moments from the press room where Casper Ruud reveals the only song that he wiggles to and Joel gets tips from the beard supremo himself Benoit Paire. This episode was produced by Alina Soponar. __________________ TENNIS WEEKLY CROWDFUND: https://www.gofundme.com/f/tennis-weekly-2024 Tennis Weekly 2024 Crowdfund is now open!
